Andrea Bellini studied philosophy and art history at the University of Siena and prehistoric archaeology in Florence. He has served as editor-in-chief of Flash Art in New York, director of the Artissima fair in Turin, and co-director of the Castello di Rivoli Museum of Contemporary Art. He is currently Director of the Centre d’Art Contemporain and the Biennale de l’Image en Mouvement in Geneva. He has been appointed curator of the Swiss Pavilion at the 2024 Venice Biennale.
