Marsilio Arte has implemented a management system based on the recognition of Equal Opportunities and Gender Equality, in accordance with the provisions of UNI/PdR 125:2022.
“Gender equality is a fundamental right, affirmed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations (1948), which requires the absence of barriers to equal dignity and equal conditions between men and women in law, politics, society, and work.”

In terms of gender equality, the company aims to create and maintain over time the conditions under which all people working with us receive equal treatment, with the same access to resources and opportunities regardless of gender, and to ensure a work environment free from discrimination, violence, or harassment of any kind.

The UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice, entitled “Guidelines on the Gender Equality Management System, providing for the adoption of specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to gender equality policies within organizations”, serves as a framework for developing and managing a gender equality system.

It provides for the measurement, reporting, and assessment of gender-related data within organizations, with the goal of bridging existing gaps, embedding the gender equality model into the DNA of organizations, and producing sustainable and lasting change over time.

The standard identifies six strategic areas:

– Culture and Strategy
– Governance
– Human Resources Management Processes
– Gender-Neutral Career Growth Opportunities
– Gender Pay Equity
– Parenting Protection and Work-Life Balance

Marsilio Arte has therefore defined policies, procedures, practices, and codes of conduct that ensure compliance with the principles of gender equality as established by UNI/PdR 125:2022.

The company has chosen to submit its Gender Equality Management System to verification and certification by an independent third-party body
